Shipping

Where do you ship? We ship within the United States only.

How much is shipping? Standard shipping is FREE on every order.

How long will my order take? Orders are processed in 1–2 business days. Delivery takes 3–5 business days after your order ships. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is on its way.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy? You can return any unused item within 30 days of delivery. Email us first at support@bienfaitstore.com or call (507) 200-8194 and we will walk you through it. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is paid by the customer. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days and we will make it right.
